Item Availability 

All products displayed on my website are mostly one of a kind items and are subject to prior sale. I do my best to ensure that my collection is continually updated to reflect accurate availability. In the case that a purchase is made on an item no longer available, I will notify you and either offer to make a new piece that will be very similar or to process a full return on your account.

 

Price Adjustments

All product prices are subject to change. While I work hard to ensure the accuracy of my pricing, if for any reason an item’s price is listed incorrectly, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Before I cancel your order, I will first notify you. If you wish to proceed with your purchase at the corrected price level, I will adjust your payment and continue to process and ship my order.

 

Custom Orders 

I am happy to work with you on making a special piece. I do not request a deposit, as I believe in trusting people. I will give you an idea of how long it will take me and you are free to stay in touch with me. Once it is made I will send you an image (on or before the date I told you)  and link to purchase it. If you do not respond to me within 72 hours, I will make the piece available to the general public for sale. Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable for a refund, credit only will apply and not all custom orders will be eligible for return (shipping charges are non-refundable and free shipping offers may not apply to custom orders). Any returns must be in the original and unworn condition received, and received back at JLK Jewelry within 7 days of receipt (as documented by the USPS).

 

Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to North Carolina State sales tax if you live within the state.

 

Returns

JLK Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and wish to return my item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product (using the USPS tracking delivery date) for a full refund less any shipping and handling charges. 

 

Returns

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt in the original packaging and must be new and unused in order to receive a refund. All items will be inspected upon return. If the piece(s) shows signs of wear or altering, they will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

To return items, you must first email me at jennie@jlkjewelry.com to obtain an approval and return instructions. Once I have received returned merchandise and inspected each item for quality compliance, a full refund on the purchase price only of the product will be issued. 

 

Repairs

While each piece is carefully inspected before being shipped, JLK Jewelry will repair any piece that is damaged due to my negligence.  If the stringing breaks on a necklace within the first 90 days of purchase, I will restring the item free of charge, following that a minimum $15 fee may apply. Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped using USPS with tracking. Additional fees are offered for insured shipping.
