Should you need to send a piece back for attention, be sure to email me before sending it. I will provide you with the correct address for mailing it. There may be additional charges applied to pieces sent back without prior contact. Exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee and postage charges will apply. Exchanges for items listed on my website are subject to me receiving a tracking number of the return in order for the item to be taken off the website.
You may return an item for a refund. It must be received back 7 days after your receipt (PO tracking) and must be in the original and unused condition.
Please contact me if you would like me to create a special piece for you.
We will work together on your piece, and I will email you pictures of the finished piece for your approval before sending it to you. I do not require deposits for special orders, as I am counting on you to honor your order,
just as I made it for you in a timely manner!

Ordering of jewelry to be shipped constitutes permission to share your name with the shipper (usually United States Postal Service) on the label of the package to be shipped to you.

We do view our server log files to see which sections of the web site are being visited. These files do not contain any personally identifiable information, only the location of the originating server. We make no representation of the links to outside pages from the web site
You may request to be added to my Jewelry Update List and be notified when new designs are displayed on my web site by providing your email address. Submitting your email address for notification is voluntary and we offer this as a service to you. If you choose to provide your email address, I will send periodic updates about jewelry and upcoming shows, usually three to five times a year. This information is never shared with any third party.
