JLK Jewelry is committed to making fine crafted quality jewelry. Occasionally things go wrong and I will repair anything  from normal wear and tear within the first 6 months. I just request you cover the postage and my labor is free! Please do not send anything back to me without contacting me first.
 
But still things can go wrong, by bending and twisting and using. Sterling silver will harden and break by bending and stress in the same spot repeatedly-think cuff braclets and earring wires. You are changing the chemistry of the molecular structure. A cuff should be put on by holding it so it looks like a "C", pressing one end into the soft spot about 2" above your wrist bone and rolling it over your wrist. The ends can be slightly adjusted on some. Ear wires should not be pressed in and out as that will cause them to break as well! Small plastic ear wire guards will prevent loss of the hooks and in a pinch just use a pencil eraser bit!

I will repair most items usually at no charge either (contact me as it will be dependant on the damage and how old the piece might be). If your piece needs a repair withih 6 months of purchase I will cover the postage, more than that though since I anot an amazon, please include a check for the postage ($5 first class, $10 priority) or you can pay on line.
