Due to the number of one-of-a-kind pieces, JLK Jewelry now offers the JLK Jewelry Select Box rather than producing a catalog of items. The Select Box is available to retail storefronts and established catalog companies.   Please provide the following  information, including your Federal Tax Id. Due to the large number of requests for wholesale information from unqualified individuals, and to protect our wholesale customers, verification that your business is an actual storefront will be completed prior to sending out  select box information. 

Each Select Box will contain approximately 30-40 pieces of jewelry, selected from the best available stones and the one-of-a-kind pieces on hand at the time. You  will be required to return the box for receipt at JLK Jewelry, with the pieces you did not select, by the 7th day following receipt or we will charge you for the full box unless you have called and made other arrangements with us. Any item from the JLK Jewelry Select Box that is returned after the 7 day period is subject to a 10% restocking fee unless previous arrangements have been made. Of course you may request certain items to be included in your Select Box and every effort will be made to do so.
