JLK Jewelry is committed to safeguarding your privacy when visiting us online. We do not collect personal information unless provided by you during the ordering process. A minimum amount of information is required for the ordering process and your credit card information is sent to us over a secure line. The number is stored on a secure server and once we download it, we then delete it from the on-line server. This information is stored at JLK Jewelry studio and will not be disclosed, sold, or provided to any third party without your express permission. Ordering of jewelry to be shipped constitutes permission to share your name with the shipper (usually United States Postal Service) on the label of the package to be shipped to you.

We do not use cookies to collect any information. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We do view our server log files to see which sections of the web site are being visited. These files do not contain any personally identifiable information, only the location of the originating server. We make no representation of the links to outside pages from the web site

You may request to be added to my Jewelry Update List and be notified when new designs are displayed on my web site by providing your email address.  Submitting your email address for notification is  voluntary and we offer this as a service to you.  If you choose to provide your email address, I will send periodic updates about jewelry and upcoming shows, usually three to five times a year.  This information is never shared with any third party. If you would like to be removed from the update list, you need only send a blank email with REMOVE FROM UPDATE in the message line.

JLK Jewelry will never sell or share your personal information if on file with anyone outside the company.

This information does not apply to anyone that attempts a fraudulent transaction with JLK Jewelry and in that situation all information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement agency and legal action will be initiated.
