Any item purchased on this site may be returned within 7 days of date received for an exchange or credit, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Please call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Original shipping charges, credit card fees (if any) and a 10% restocking fee are not refundable on returns (unless the item was damaged in shipment or due to our negligence). All orders follow a secure link and your credit card is processed in my studio, not on- line.

Each handcrafted piece of jewelry is hand fabricated from sterling silver by Jennie Lorette Keatts. Many include handmade pottery cabochons, layered with glazes and accented with gold, copper and semi-precious stones. Necklace beads include handmade pottery beads, sterling silver, new, vintage and antique glass beads. Each piece will have it's own individual character and will vary from the photos shown.
*We reserve the right not to accept credit card orders with a different ship-to then that of the credit card holder. Furthermore, we may not accept credit card orders with an email address from a free/anonymous account. If we suspect that a credit card order is fraudulent then we may request wire transfer payment or some other appropriate means. In some cases we may contact the cardholder directly to verify legitimate usage of the card. We reserve the right to reject the order if reliable payment cannot be assured.
