order will show $0 for the item and $8.95 on shipping, but don't worry, I'll process the total amount
as agreed upon
in the studio when your item(s) is complete, and will send you an email.
Please contact me if you would like me to
create a special piece for you.
We will work together on your piece, and I will email you pictures of the finished piece for your
approval before sending it to you. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund, unless I feel that I can easily sell them.

RETURN POLICY
Any item purchased on this site may be
returned within 7 days of date received for an exchange or credit, as long as the item is
in its original, unused condition. Please call before returning the item to obtain a
return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Original shipping
charges, custom orders, credit card fees (if any) and a 10% restocking fee are not refundable on returns (unless the item was
damaged in shipment or due to our negligence). All orders follow a secure link and your
credit card is processed in my studio, not on-line.
*We reserve the right not to accept
credit card orders with a different ship-to then that of the credit card holder.
Furthermore, we may not accept credit card orders with an email address from a
free/anonymous account. If we suspect that a credit card order is fraudulent then we may
request wire transfer payment or some other appropriate means. In some cases we may
contact the cardholder directly to verify legitimate usage of the card. We reserve the
right to reject the order if reliable payment cannot be assured.
If a gallery or shop near you doesn't have what you want, please
let them know, they can order it for you! If you know a shop
where you think my jewelry would
fit, please refer them to me. If they place an order with me within 4 months of your
referral,
I'll send you a gift certificate to JLK Jewelry for $40. |
